Euphorbia dulcis, commonly known as sweet spurge or milkweed, is a perennial herbaceous plant native to Europe and western Asia. With its upright stems and clusters of small greenish-yellow flowers, it adds a unique touch to gardens and landscapes. Sweet spurge is valued for its ornamental value and ability to thrive in a variety of soil types and light conditions. Despite its name, caution is advised when handling this plant, as it produces a milky sap that can cause skin irritation. Additionally, some species of Euphorbia contain toxic compounds and should be handled with care.
